Yes, as long as your printer supports direct to disk printing. To do this you create a CD then select Switch Layout on the Quick Tools panel and select the appropriate layout for the printer you are using. You can see the supported printers listed under Manufacturer on the Layouts screen.
Note that most Epson printers use the Tray Type #1 layout. For other printers there are specific printers listed, but most are the same for a given manufacturer. If you do not see your specific printer chances are that the closest one will work.
